What types of legal roles do you recruit for?
What’s the difference between Contingent Search and Retained Search?
Contingent Search is complimentary up until you agree employment with a candidate we introduced. Retained Search is a retainer-based engagement where we’re paid an amount on retainer to find you talent. The right model depends on the role, urgency, and how strategic the hire is, speak with us and we’ll recommend the best approach.
How does your process work?
We keep things clear and structured. We begin with discovery to understand the role or the career goal, then run a targeted search to identify and engage relevant talent. Next, we focus on alignment and selection, presenting candidates based on capability and fit, not volume. Finally, we support conversations and decisions so next steps are confident and well-informed.
How do you assess cultural fit (not just a CV)?
We look beyond surface-level experience by combining data-informed insights, behavioural science, and professional judgement. That means paying attention to how someone operates, what environments they thrive in, and what motivates performance over time. The goal is to surface true fit, so the hire (or move) is sustainable and strengthens the team or career trajectory.
I’m a candidate. How do I work with you?
Start with a confidential conversation about where you are now and what you want next. We’ll discuss your strengths, your direction, and what “exceptional” looks like for you. From there, we can share relevant opportunities and provide guidance through the process, helping you make moves that are intentional, aligned, and forward-looking.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We treat conversations and candidate information with discretion. We won’t share your details or put you forward for anything without your agreement. If you’re a client, we also handle hiring needs professionally and thoughtfully, keeping communication clear throughout the search.
